Domestic Tragedy Unfolds: Man Stabs Partner and Takes His Own Life

Serowe was left in shock as a gruesome tale of domestic violence and despair unfolded. Superintendent Poloko Oteng, the station commander, unveiled a horrific incident that left the community reeling. A 66-year-old man committed a heinous act, stabbing a 54-year-old woman in Semana 2 ward, shattering the tranquility of the neighborhood. The victim, a 54-year-old woman, was attacked while out gathering firewood with her daughter, marking a seemingly routine day turned nightmare. The assailant, her partner, returned home to a surprising sight – the woman's 29-year-old son present. What triggered his extreme rage remains a mystery. Filled with fury, he sought out the woman and her daughter in the nearby woods. The 18-year-old daughter, who witnessed the gruesome scene, recounted how the man confronted her mother, stabbing her to her demise. Horrified, she rushed back home to alert her elder brother about the tragic incident. Returning to the scene, they made a chilling discovery – the lifeless body of the assailant hanging from a tree, ending his own life. Legae Academy Top Achievers recognised

Legae Academy last week recognised and awarded top achievers of their school with trophies and praises at their annual price giving ceremony.
