High Court Decision Disrupts Election Prep: IEC Delays Registration

Following a High Court ruling granting the Umbrella for Democratic Change (UDC) the right to monitor voter registration, the Independent Electoral Commission (IEC) has postponed the registration period, initially set from November 1 to November 30, 2023, to run from November 13 to December 8, 2023. UDC observers will have to wait until the court's final decision on November 7 to engage. Legae Academy last week recognised and awarded top achievers of their school with trophies and praises at their annual price giving ceremony.
